Pre-sale Questions :
1. Product/Stock availability/restock
The inventory you can check it on our website, just beside the price,
you will see the available stock when you click size and color, for out of stock items,
normally, we will restock the goods within 7 days, if they still haven't update the status to in stock, Please contact us: sale@canvasxs.com
maybe it won't have in stock recently. sorry for inconvenience.

2. Wholesaler/dropship Enquiry.
Actually, all of the products are factory direct, as we are factory.
so all of the products gets the biggest discount,
what's more, some of the items with the bulk discount price for bulk qty if you buy.
we also do the dropship business with the customers who like and have a great sales in their local.
At the beginning, you could register one account from:www.amoyshop.com
and log in to your account page join the dropship program
and apply to download all the products pictures without waterproof from our store,
and then you could resale them in your own website.
BTW, once your order amount reach 500$, you will enjoy our dropship price auto.

3. Shipping time and shipping cost enquiry.
About the shipping detail, you can click the items page and find the
"Estimate shipping fee"(under the product price and quantity),
and you can input your country and the items qty you need to order to estimate shipping fee.
And you will see the available shipping method to your country,
include the Estimate shipping time for different shipping method.

4. Payment way
We have two payment methods.Paypal and Bank Transfer.(You can pay the item use credit card, debit card through Paypal)
BTY, we do not provide cash on delivery, wish your understanding.

5. Tax and duty
About customs issues.
Pls don't worry, we understand your concerns, some countries may charge the tax and dut for big order,
you can google your local import policy and tax issues,we will try our best to declare your order value at a lower price.
also note the invoice :" as a gift". to try to help you avoid the customs!
but we cannot ensure there is no tax, hope you understand.

6. Free shipping
Actually most of our items are free shipping 
Please Note:Free shipping though China Post/EMS/DHL with tracking number in this free shipping zone. Only Canvas ( No Frame Painting) shipped via China Post or ePacket. Framed Painting shipped by EMS or ePacket.

7. Shipping address issues:
Actually, after you check out,you need to fill in the shipping address first
and click confirm use this shipping address, then you will see the shipping method available to ship to your country.
If there is an error said the address form is wrong.
maybe you need to confirm your detail personal infos and shipping address whether with the special character,
it only can be used letters and Numbers. and don't put spare key and other special character like # .
And try again, BTY, if there are not the city of yours for chose, pls find "other" to input your city name.
and ensure you write the detail street address. hope it can help you!

8. Payment issues
If you can't click " Check out", maybe some of your items are out of stock.
(you can review your shopping cart, normally if the items is out of stock, it will have a red warning words: only 0 available),
you can find it and remove it.
If you can't click " Place the order", make sure that your shipping address is permitted by the website.
If you can't pay with your card, change another card or another payment method to pay.
Sometime the system will reject some payment because some unsure reason.
you can place the order with payment as WIRE TRANSFER get a pending order and then pay it on the Paypal official website.

9.Return policy

As the high shipping cost for return is not cost-effective by buyers,
so we suggest you can contact with us before you return the items to us.
we will try to make a better solution for you and try to look for protect your max profit!

10. Currency and Language
You will see the currency and language option on the site's top left, Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars.
So if your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD in Paypal. For Western union,
other currencies will be exchanged to USD then be transferred to us. For T/T, you can also pay us US dollars.

11. Forget your password/can't log in
Please make sure you’re entering right Verification code. and there maybe something wrong with your email format,
is it the valid one?
if the password not correct, please click the "forget the password"
and you will get your new password in your register email box ,the you can use the new password to log in your account,
if you need, you can still change the password as you wanted in your "Account Setting" .
if still can't work, could you send me your account and password to  sale@canvasxs.com
i will check and reflect to our technical staff.

1. Address change/ Item change/Cancel order (unshipped order only)

Item change
Dear, Inform us the order number and could you please provide us the Item Number (SKU number like CB,SV) you need to change, tell us the size and model you need to change to, to the email: sale@canvasxs.com, so that we can help for change soon.

Cancel order
Please inform us in advance the order number and tell us the reason for cancel to the email: sale@canvasxs.com
We can help for cancel before the order send out.

2. Order enquires /Order tracking
You can estimate shipping time according to the shipping method you chose
Standard shipping(Mail service):10-30 business days
Expedited shipping: 3-7 business days
EMS Express Mail service: 10 -25 business days
BTY, Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Before shipping your order, normally we needs 2-4 business days to prepare your products,
do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the delivery time.

3. Item defective
Can you pls inform us the order number, and the defective item number first?
And dear, is it convenient for you to take some photos for me to investigate the problem with my packing department?

4. Not received
You can estimate shipping time according to the shipping method you chose

Normally, the package will arrive within estimate shipping time,
but sometimes some packages would be delayed over few days because of some unexpected such as random customs inspection.

5. Tax and duty fee
Regarding the tax cost,
you could Google or ask your local tax policy about that as different country has different custom policy.
it is the normal thing for International trade and Imports Policy,
it is charged by your local Customs office not our company or Express company.
Normally,Express shipping way, we will try to declare your order value at a lower price to try to avoid the tax for you.
sometimes which also bear a little risk for the custom fee, so we're not sure there is no tax.
our company won't be responsible for the tax. hope you understand.
If the tax and duty is too expensive, please inform us the amount,
we will try to apply for partial refund to protect your max profits.
